I had no idea what calisthenics was, or all that was possible, until I saw a video of someone doing a muscle-up. I saw it and said, "I want to do that!" So I got to work. After much training, I finally unlocked it. That started my calisthenics journey, and one skill led to the next. I learned everything on my own. I taught myself everything.
